TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SALES
Marine Power Solutions strives to provide the best customer service experience. So what happens if you purchase the wrong part or if a part is defective? Please read below to see the complete list of terms and conditions on all parts purchased from Marine Power Solutions.
1. Parts installed by Marine Power Solutions. Parts purchased through Marine Power Solutions and installed by Marine Power Solutions are covered by a 12 month warranty against defects. Maintenance items such as oil and filters are not covered under this warranty. Gaskets and seals are also not covered under this warranty. Additionally, MPS offers a 6 month workmanship warranty to cover gaskets, seals, or other items that are damaged at time of installation. There are no warranties offered by Marine Power Solutions for parts installed by MPS that were not sold by MPS.
2. Parts purchased through Marine Power Solutions, but not installed by Marine Power Solutions. Parts being considered for return must be in like-new condition and must include all original packaging. Parts returns will only be accepted up to 14 days from the date of original purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to all parts returns. There are no returns accepted on electrical components. All items being returned are subject to inspection by both Marine Power Solutions as well as the manufacurer before a return will be accepted. Shipping costs for the original purchase as well as the return are not refundable.
3. Cores. When purchasing a part that has core value, the cores must be returned in the original packaging within 90 days of purchase to receive core credit.
